Reverse Body Roll

In this workshop, you are getting to know the movements of your hips and spine to find the reverse body roll you have in you. You will be guided through a Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement® sequence. You are invited to explore how your feet, knees, pelvis, and spine are connected in a fluid reverse body roll movement and learn how to utilize this reverse body roll in choreographed and free-style dancing to music.
